There's nothing wrong with the file...starting over again will just create a duplicate, and you'll likely have the same problem because of system slowness. Your best bet is to wait a few hours and try again.

Been trying over and over again for almost 2 days. When i try to check-out, I get this message: We're experiencing system slowness - please try again in a little while. Thanks for your patience!

The specified item was not found "live" in the US cluster or does not have metadata.
It may be in checked out state by you, looking now...
No record of this item being checked out was found!

I don't mind continuing to try, I just hope its not some problem other than slowness.

it is most likely not some other problem.

sorry, just keep trying. it will go through eventually. there is nothing else you or I can do except wait / try again later.
